Pilates Classes
Pilates is a low-impact, yet highly effective full body workout. By engaging the deep core muscles and enhancing body awareness, it strengthens and tones and is highly effective in injury rehabilitation and prevention.
Pilates is endorsed by physiotherapists, osteopaths and GPs - but that doesn’t mean it has to be easy! Take a look at the options below to find a class suitable for you.
Pilates
Beginner - Intermediate
Pilates at its purest. Using slow, controlled movements we'll build strength, mobility and flexibility. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities - you'll learn how to engage your core and breath correctly which can improve posture and help reduce pain. Some classes will use small equipment such as pilates balls and resistance bands.
