Barre Classes

Tone up, build muscle endurance and have fun with an upbeat, body-pump style class. This is definitely NOT a dance class and definitely NOT just for women! 

All levels, ages and genders welcome and a maximum of 14 in the class.

Experience the 'barre burn' with small movements and high-reps to target specific muscle groups - no dance experience required! We'll use the barre, small props like the mini ball or light dumbbells, and your body weight to deliver a low impact but high intensity workout!
