I'll work with you to create the perfect pilates session for your group - whether you're looking for calm and focus or to have a laugh (and a little friendly competition!) with some pilates inspired games (or a bit of both!).

Mats and all equipment are provided and weather dependent, we can hold the class inside or outside.
So whether you fancy a morning rise and shine class, sunset chill or a mid afternoon pick me up — we can create the perfect experience for your group!
