Pilates is endorsed by physiotherapists, osteopaths and GPs as an effective and low impact form of exercise - but that doesn’t mean it has to be easy! Take a look at the options below to find a class suitable for you.
Pure Pilates
Beginner - Intermediate
Pilates at its purest. Using slow, controlled movements we'll build strength, mobility and flexibility. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities - you'll learn how to engage your core and breath correctly which can improve posture and help reduce pain. Some classes will use small equipment such as pilates balls and resistance bands.

Corporate Wellbeing sessions
All abilities
Re-energise your team with a Wellbeing session - combining Pilates, stretching and yoga to improve posture, relieve tension and reduce stress. In person and online options available dependent on location.
